Vertera prides itself, in its technicians being extremely skilled in all aspects of Farley and Hypertherm technology.  We have at least twenty two years combined experience of working with Farley and Hypertherm technology.  Vertera has three full time service engineers who are qualified to work on all Farley Profile Cutting Machines.  Vertera also offers all customers free telephone support and in the event of a breakdown, a site visit will be arranged if the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone.  Our primary concern would be to get you back up and running.

Preventative maintenance

Preventative maintenance on a regular basis helps to minimise the downtime of your Farley cutting machine. Ignore it, and the machine will not perform to it's expectation, or at worst a total machine breakdown which may result in extensive and expensive repairs. All motion systems experience wear and tear and ultimately require replacement parts. Vertera understands this critical issue and will be pleased to respond to your request for preventative maintenance. Normally customers using this service arrange for a site visit every 500 machine operating hours or every 6 months, dependant upon operating demands. Areas that require attention will be identified and remedial action taken immediately. The site visit, by a qualified Vertera technician, will ensure that your production plant is kept in good operating order which will enable you to maintain levels of production consistent with your customers' demands for high quality parts and products.

Prearranged services can be cost effective as we can aim to share these services with other Farley machine local to your area.

Operator Training

Vertera operates a scheme designed to train operators who are not totally aware of the full capacity of the Farley machine.  Level 1 & 2 training will help the operators to get more out of the machine, and will also minimize downtime, we train operator's to troubleshoot certain problems that really don't need one of our engineers.

Service Contracts

We also sell service contracts which will give you additional discounts on consumables and spare parts.
